Shipping
All orders of Quilters Hangup® are shipped using US Postal Service priority mail. You may make other shipping arrangements by contacting T. Cowan Company directly.
Returns
T. Cowan Company guarantees the quality of its product. Upon receipt of your order, you will have 48 hours to inspect the shipment and report in writing (fax/email) any discrepancy or damage to your shipment. All damaged products must be returned to T. Cowan Company within 72 hours. Upon receipt of your return, T. Cowan Company will issue a credit or replacement. T. Cowan Company reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns made after 72 hours of the original receipt of shipment at their discretion.
T. Cowan Company is not responsible for any shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. In the event that your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, you MUST notify T. Cowan Company within 24 hours so that a claim can be made through the responsible shipping company.
